This Privacy Policy describes how NEXZEN ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit nexzen.ai, request a demo, sign in to a NEXZEN workspace, or otherwise interact with us. We build software for organizations that operate under strict regulatory regimes, and we hold ourselves to the same standard.

Information you provide. When you request a demo, request access, or contact us (including by email to contact@nexzen.ai), we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email address, company, role, and the content of your message.

Account information. If you have a NEXZEN workspace, we process the credentials and profile information needed to authenticate you and operate your account.

Technical information. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages viewed and referring URLs — used for security, debugging and aggregate analytics.

How We Use Data

• To respond to demo and access requests and to communicate with you about NEXZEN.
• To provide, secure and improve our website and platform.
• To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer operational data to train models for other customers.

Customer Platform Data

Data processed inside a customer's NEXZEN deployment (including on-premise, sovereign-cloud and air-gapped environments) is governed by the agreement with that customer. The customer remains the controller of that data; NEXZEN processes it only as instructed and with full audit lineage.

Legal Bases and Your Rights

We process personal data under the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
